I was invited to my friend's daughters 9th birthday party and it was crazy...overrun with millions of third graders from school. The good thing was they were all busy playing in the bouncy castle that was plopped in the tiny back patio and the trampoline in the front patio. There was tons of junk food and eventually two piñatas...one for the girls and one for the boys. Then there was true cake with a cool flower candle that lights all the pedals from the middle wick, then opens and plays the birthday song. When she blew out all the candles all the kids started chanting for her to take the first bite out of the cake so she dove right in. It was quite the experience.
